Eat Real Whole Food


This is one of the most simple statements we could really hear in the world of health today. Michael Pollan’s statement, “Eat Food – Not Too Much – Mostly Plants” is a guide post and a lifestyle to prevent, reverse and even cure disease. Yes, our health greatly relies on what we put in it. Unfortunately, our current food supply and system does not promote whole, real foods that are plant-based. We are inundated with processed foods, dies, chemicals, toxins, and heavy metals in the media, in the grocery stores, in airports, at the gas station and every where you turn. What if health could be this simple?

We are what we eat. ┬áTry this as a guideline for 30 days and see how you feel! “EAT FOOD. NOT TOO MUCH. MOSTLY PLANTS.” Thanks, Michael Pollan. Words to live by.
